it's awesome 
but i dont think ill buy it cuz it don't offer the great guitarfeeling while playing it on Wii or playstation.

Is anyone planning on getting the special limited edition GH branded DS which comes with the game and the four button peripheral? Or isn't that in the shops for a few weeks yet?

Nah, def' not. Already own a DS lite.. and the special edition is in silver or black and just has the logo, that doesn't do it for me..But yeah, if you don't have a DS lite yet, it could be a great deal. It released like a few days ago, I believe June 22.

guitar hero looks really good for DS, and people have said it works great...but I play on the bus to work and it shakes alot... i don't think id be able to play it proper

The fact that "I Am Not Your Gameboy" is on the DS version of GH makes me laugh. Although it's weird because Freezepop is a Harmonix band and Harmonix and Neversoft are rivals.

I believe a 'guitar pick' also comes with the game, that's adjusted not to harm your touchscreen etc.You could use a regular pick too.--Anyway, I just saw a movie on youtube on how to play On Tour.. and when you battle with a friend, you can set his guitar on fire and hit it with attacks.Lol, that's like the most random thing ever. Anyway, still not sure whether to buy it or not. Seen a video of some one playing it, seems pretty cool, I think I will get it, the track list kinda sucks a bit, but still looks like good fun.

DUUUUDE i saw the videos! I'm waiting for this game for weeks now, but i just can't find it in my city, so i'll have to buy it online. The controller is kinda funny but since i never played the other guitar hero games on the guitar, it looks interesting to me.

You dont have to have the add on you can just use the console buttons but you need to update the rom first.
