yeah, they should, at least then u'll have enuff space in ur room, they shud rlly mak a console where u can play ALL games though, PS games, GBA games, game cube, and so on, that'd be awsome

I agree, Xbox games really should run on an Xbox 360 console.

The XBOX runs on a x86 (think Intel/AMD) processor, while the XBOX 360 runs on a PowerPC (think Apple) processor.Microsoft did this knowing full well that the XBOX games could not run on the 360, so they had to create an emulator (how you play GBA/DS/NES/SNES/Sega games on your computer) for EACH AND EVERY GAME.They did not create an emulator for games that had less than 500,000 sales, since not many people bought them, and if you were such a fan of that game, you'd keep your XBOX with your 360.It's just marketing.

No, I just said why it won't work... the 360 isn't much faster than the org. It's a completely different processor. Try intsalling Mac OSX on a windows computer, or XP on a apple computer... just won't work without special software... same with the xbox line...You would think that they should all work, but there must be some reason why they don't. False statement; Because you see any computer can run an OS regardless of what its meant for if you have a good PC it should run any operating system.Well for MAC OSX; XP; VISTA anyways apple is way out of my knowledge.No, I just said why it won't work... the 360 isn't much faster than the org. Then please, tell me how to run Mac OS 9 on my Windows Vista computer...It can't be done. The processors aren't designed for it! That's like running a GameCube game in a PS3. The PS3 is faster, and more powerful... why can't it run it?Apple OS works on APPLE processors, while Windows works on PC processors. Linux will run both, depending on which version you get.the 2 main architectures are PowerPC and x86/x64Think of it this way. Can you put a Ford motor in a Chevy? they are both engines that run cars/trucks... why can't you do it that way?

Yknow like so I just got a 360 for my birthday a week ago. I've never played any Xbox games but I thought they were all supposed to work on the newer versions of 360! It's kinda lame if they don't all work; like people have already said, if PS2 games work on PS3, why don't Xbox games work on 360?Someone mentioned that ported Xbox games run kinda laggy on 360. That's ridiculous, but even worse is the 360 games that run laggy on 360!!! Like Last Remnant! How can they release a game like that which runs so slow on the system for which it was designed?!?!?! Even after downloading it to my HD, it's still pretty slow. I don't get it, I though 360 was supposed to be like primo state-of-the-art stuff. Hopefully future games won't suffer the same fate........

they just want the Xboxes to keep selling to make more money thats all it is..untill people stope getting them then they will make it fully backwars compadable
