A broad, broad topic.A fight I KNOW cannot win, that could be fighting an opponent stronger than me, fighting when someone dear to me is taken hostage, fighting when the opponent is armed, a fight where winning would bring trouble, and many other possibilities.Many questions would come to mind, "What am I fighting for?" It really depends on how much you hate that person, if I hate that person a lot then obviously I would deal them some damage haha, leave them some markings for memory.

You can't know you're gonna lose.You could always stab someone in the eye with a quickly drawn pencil.Fighting has no rules...Unless it's sport fighting... In which case... you could still win, while fighting fair. STRATEGY!

all my battles have been impossible to win because i fought in the first place and because violence isn't the answer even if you get hurt...or at least thats what teachers say i'd say that fighting isn't the answer unless you already being attacked or its clear that you will be attacked you don't find a way to escape, thats the only reason besides to save someone else i'd fight a losing battle.

Oh come on there isn't much to give detail about. there is a huge drunk bully coming across nudging you and taking away your wallet. After you want to get it back he starts a fight with you. Will you fight or will you just run away?What other situation is there? Someone wants to kill you and you can't run away? Wow it's obvious that you have to fight or what else should you do?Like most of the other people who have posted, it would really depend on the situation...can you give us any more detail?
