Lol if they should add that feature and dont think of it as coyping the playstation thing Think of it as a "Need to do it or else" sort of thing.

I also think it was a logical idea to add the gamecube compatibility to the wii. I like how I don't have to buy more wii remotes for certain games like brawl or mario kart wii, just makes it easier.

its not copying the ps2 at all. backwards compatibility goes as far back as the gameboy color...

I like that feature. I get to play all the Gamecube games I want without switching all the cords to switch consoles. I wonder why I still have my Gamecube... ;)

I have more GameCube than Wii games, so yeah. I gave my GameCube to my mom (she likes Legend of Zelda) along with my GameBoy Player.

I love being able to play my gamecube games, while freeing up space in the entertainment center.

It was a good idea and very handy, though, I'll admit it. I still use my GC. It loads a bit faster plus I have the portable screen for it so I can haul it around and play SSBM until I have enough $$ to buy the Wii screen.

Backwards compatability is a MUST! It gives us a reason to sell our old systems!
