It's best to move around a little every so often. Lucky for me, I have a laptop too so when my bum gets too numb, I switch to my bed and laptop. 
I don't recommend anyone to build a PC into their bathroom though, otherwise you'll never get out.

I used to be able to go all night, and there was this one time when Ocarina of TIme had just come out that I stayed up for two and a half days, but that is getting more and more rare as I have slowly learned to value sleep. Nowadays I can play until around two in the morning or so.

The longest I have tried is like 8 hrs, which hurt my butt alot. I was playing Call of duty modern warfare at that time. I can normally clock 3-4 hours easily

I would be able to spend all day and night, but I have (sadly and/or luckily) parents who control my time on my laptop.

Anyone could be made to sit in front of a computer for as long as it takes their body to decompose.

Two hours. Though I'd like to make it clear. I can sit in front of the computer for a total of two hours tops. Otherwise I'd stand up, go to the bathroom, walk up to the window then go back to the computer. Since my work revolves around using a computer, of course I can sit in front of it for a whole day and evening.
Important health tip, after sitting in front of your computer for 45 minutes to an hour, stand up, stretch, walk or do something to prevent your body from degrading as modnar has mentioned.

I spend a lot of my free time on the computer doing various things, soooo maybe 5-7 hours? But whenever I get a survey or something and they ask how many hours I spend on the computer, I always under-report. (I'm certainly a boon to statistics...)

I usually cram for school at the computer. Videogames, socializing and such as well. Basically, if I'm not asleep, I'm at the computer.
I don't recommend it, though. I think my eyesight's pretty bad because of this.

I could sit infront of the computer for the whole day, only getting up for toilet breaks and meals... don't do it now, it is bad for your social, mental and physical health.
