q: I recently saw an admin with a pretty slick avitar (it was a video clip of yeah by usher) and i was wondering if only admins can do that or can everyone do that?q: if we are allowed to do that (and even if we are not), what kind of programme would i use to create something like that?q: can this also be used for sigs and if so, how do i do something like that?thank you to whoever helps out with my questions.
