I think it could be interesting to run a sig of the week competition were we post a sig for that week. We should have some sort of theme for the week to. The sigs would be judged by a panel of judges who know there stuff. This is just an idea which I think should be taken into consideration. Any feed back woul be appreciated.

Thats a really good idea. but there should also be some sort of prize, like gp's or gil or something, and the theme idea is great. and mabye if it goes well, we could have sig of the month or even sig of the year. also, they do hold sig contests, so mabye they can just work off that idea.

ya thats a good idea fallen angel! and like the prize could be like 100 gps or somethin. and like strykr was sayin if there was sig of the month could be 1000 gps and sig of the year 2500 (if anyone could afford it. lol)

Holy crap! It's the year 2500? I thought it was only 2005. But seriously, I'd enter this contest if we had one. I may lose all the time, but I'd enter. We should also have battles too.

It would be good practice too if there was like a certain theme we had to do. I would put out my crappy sigs but they would probably get better.

Im down for this. Fallen start up a proper thread and Ill pin it. If you guys don't mind I'll set the rules and regulations being gfx board mod and all. But yep I'm ready to back this Idea. I had something like this in that photoshop help thing but yeah fallen start us an official thread and well get this ball rolling.*All Gfx team members are banned...... maybe. I haven't decided yet. We know your good thats why you got on the team so it would be a bit unfair if you were allowed to participate.-EDIT- The Gp prize is now set at 250. First do you want me to start a thread stating the rules so that there won't be any confusion? Also a group of Judges would need to be arranged unless the judging would be done all by one person. As for the GFX members being banned i'm cool with that. Judging should be done like this3:for who you think is the best2:for who you think is the second best1:for who you think is the third bestI was also thinking that the winners could get a trophy like this

No prizes for second and third. Judges are so far Me, Teck, You and KaYoS if hes on board. Yeah set out some rules Ill edit them and then Teck will revise them and well start 7 March 3.00pm (GMT+12:00)

To answer a few questionsThe first theme will be posted on the given date (Mon 7th March) And that is when the comp will start. All sigs will need to be in by the following saturday. Judges can't enter.

So Teck, Il Duce, KaYoS, and Fallen Angel won't be in it. Darn. I was looking forward to losing to them. Now I gotta lose to someone else.
