I would say strategy and rpg since that is the strong point for the ds imo, shooting games need good graphics and fighting games just didnt fit too well on the ds

puzzles because it's fun and i learned a lot of tricksand the graphics are usually pretty good

I prefer most Rpg style games over anything else cause the stories really draw me in if the game is made well

i also prefer rpg games but i also like to try a variety of game , such as first person shooter or simulation games , which ever takes me fancy basically

Rhythm games takes a lot of my time. I especially like Rhythm Heaven and Elite beat Agents, the former being my favorite game in this genre. I just can't get enough of them.

Hmm... well traditionally I love a good RPG / Adventure with an amazing storyline; ie. Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, Golden Sun, etc.But I find Puzzle / Strategy games to be refreshing and addictive as well; ie. Professor Layton, Scribblenauts, etc.Even better when it's a strategic RPG with a good plot and puzzles! Or anything within the combinations... which is probably why I like the Pokemon franchise so much... and Fire Emblem. And Ace Attorney. I have to say though... when I take a break from the usual games, Rhythm games are a welcome breather.

I like RPGs such as Final Fantasy and Rune Factory. Also, you cant beat the classics.

I love role playing games.They last longer and sometimes the stories are to good and i lose track of time.That dosen't happen to me on any other type of genre.

Anything as long as the game play is good. I don't care if Pokemon is for kids, since it is a solid RPG.

Rpgs like skyrim or tales of vesperia, i also like first person shooters like halo reach, but i like games like guitar hero, onechanbara, and dead or alive 4 too!

for the ds, i really like the RPGs that were brought to the handheld. although, the puzzle games like professor layton and phoenix wright were also awesome games.

SRPGs are the best. Perfect mix of role playing elements with turn based strategy.
