I like Photoshop for the handy pre-packaged tools and effects. Being free GIMP can whip some tail fairly on par to PS IMHO. So between Photoshop and paint.net... Photoshop .

I use Paint. I hate Photoshop, because i had to use it in school. I still didn't know how to use it
