I have had a sore left index finger from the sparring marathon at Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, but as of late it's been...my rear end.A tip for you kids: If you're going to play for a long time, better have a comfy chair that doesn't put so much stress on your bum cheeks.

My finger has been going numb lately from holding my DS stylus for too long.One time I sat in a bad position for too long and ended up with a crick in my neck that took a week to go away.

I always get cramped hands when things get hard or exciting ( e.g. that final boss u've been working hard to reach and you have to beat him with one life left)

Strained eyes and fingers from being on the comp to long. And tired legs from DDRing too much, too long, and/or too fast

Same thing happend to me back when i was playing it.Playing Street Fighter gave me a blister once. Though that isn't really considered a "sore body part"

Me and my cousin like playing Street Fighter 2 & 3. We can go on for hours, if we do end up playing that long then my thumbs get kinda sore. Oh yeah! Madden also does it too me we go on for hours playing Madden also!

If you ever play any of the mario party games for Nintendo 64, those games where you have to rotate the center control stick as fast as you can are the worst. The fastest for me is to just put the palm of my hand on the stick and rotate it like crazy but it always feels like a rugburn on your hand afterwards.

My hands after playing through the fire and the flames with my brother over 10 times in a row with my bro. i had to use my other hand to uncurl the one that was pushing buttons.

Guitar Hero cramps my fingers and wrists, sure.But if you want some serious cramping, you go play DDR on expert for a few hours. Then talk to me. B)

Bioshock hurt my butt, probably because I was sitting on it playing for hours and hours on end. That game was amazing. Having a sore bottom wasn't...
