My neck tends to ache after I play a handheld for an hour or so...My hands were in pain after playing DK: Junglebeat with the drums. (You can only clap so much in one day)As for anything else, my thumb from time to time on holding the control stick, and sweaty palms.

Haha. It's usually my eyes which get sore after playing video games. But that's only to be expected.

Lol the other night, I was up all night playing call of duty4 with friends and my left thumb and right index finger started to feel like they were cut. Turns out that I press the left stick (run) every few seconds without realizing. ha. Oh and i enjoy using my pistol a lot, which contributes to my index finger hurting. Oh well. =P

I've been a little sore, due to Wii Sports. I was playing the boxing game, which is quite a workout. I also heard my arm crack while playing Wii Sports Tennis.

By far, my legs. 7-9 hours consecutive on Heavy on DDR does that to you. Also, playing games in the Wal-Mart electronics section. ...They put the screens way too damn high. Kids are bound to get whiplash

Eyes, it's always the eyes that suffer in an intense, competitive game. Actually it's mostly by butt that hurts after playing a lot, since I sit on my longboard in my room. It's fun to roll side to side during loading.

Other than eyes (sometimes) burning and finger cramps, can't say I've had any "gaming injuries".

Is the cat in the box alive or dead?

If you open the box, you will know the answer.

You will know the truth.

However, until you open the box, you can claim that the cat is alive, and you can also claim it is dead.

Fingers hurt like a mother when I play on my PC for too long. Wrists may occasionally cramp up as well.

I have gotten a sore thumb from handhelds and a sore arm from the Wii. Oh, and a blister from the N64 and its analog stick thing.

Sometimes my shoulders ache if i'm sitting in a bad position / leaning forward as I play, often times my neck hurts, occasionally my thumb can get pretty tender from button mashing / really manipulating a joystick, and in rare occassions I'll hurt my wrists. Yeah...makes me sound kind of old but I apparently have bad posture or something! :) Or controllers are totally not ergonomic. I don't think injuries from gaming are really too severe though. Well, unless you count the strain on your eyes from staring at a fixed position all day long! :) Haha, but that's not really that huge a deal is it. :)

On guitar hero I can get some sores, but the only real time I get any major sores is from having to curve my fingers in some weird way for a long time to grip a controller or my PSP.

Beside the sore thumb (i play using the controller), stiff shoulder, I would also have eye strain (staring at the screen w/o blinking to make sure I don't miss the beat)GH are stress-ful games ... <3

This is an interesting topic. Worst game for dishing out pain is Track and Field(?) on Atari. You had to wiggle the joystick like mad to make your guy run fast. Ultimate blistearge of the thumb and fingers....

Sometimes, I used to get a sore elbow and painful arm from playing GBA. I used to lie down and keep my arm in one position. Normally, I would have quite a bit of pressure on it. So after I would finish and move my arm... oooww... it would hurt.
