Beside the sore thumb (i play using the controller), stiff shoulder, I would also have eye strain (staring at the screen w/o blinking to make sure I don't miss the beat)GH are stress-ful games ...On guitar hero I can get some sores, but the only real time I get any major sores is from having to curve my fingers in some weird way for a long time to grip a controller or my PSP.
