How many people want to give Microsoft a BIG hug for their maintenance of Xbox Live right now? I DO! Since my 360 screws up bad enough as it is, its so fortunate to have the online service crap out every half day or so. I love paying for something on an annual basis for something that I don't recieve and recieve very poorly otherwise.But we do get a free arcade game... Aww ain't that sweet.. i think microsoft is cool if your 360 is broken they repair it for free the reason xbox live doesn't work somtimes is because so many people are already online that they have to upgrade the programing

i think microsoft if doing the best they can with their hardware. microsoft is a software company mainly and hardware wasn't really their thing until the xbox came out. i think its inexperience that caused the 3 red light debacle. as for xbox live going down...i think that was because everyone at ms was on christmas vacation

Then you should stop using the $ in the company name.I never understood this. Coorporations exist to make money for their shareholders. They're not there to feed you and give you hugs. Lol, in case anyone was wondering.... This whole thing was meant to be sarcastic. I hate MS real bad. Especially now that I find out that the free game is UNDERTOW! I HATE YOU MICROSCROTE!!!!!!!!!!!The thing is...they have so much money... and we pay infinite times more than Sony Online... This should not be happening under these circumstances. Ohhhhh well...I can bich and moan but in the end you still got a overheating piece of crap in a white concaved box and theres nothing we can do about it.To all the people that said that MS was good about having a 3 year return policy... If Microsoft didn't do that.. They would surely become bankrupt from all the anarchy and sueing that would be on their asses. I'm pretty sure that people wouldnt have stood for having faulty expensive electronics that died on them a month after purchase with no possible chance of exchange. So lets put this whole "microsoft is nice" crap to bed, cause they aren't. You know it, I know it, they know it.

Don't blame M$ for you having a bad internet connection.I've never had problems with Live, except for the two weeks after christmas, I prefer XBL more than any other online gaming service, so there is little to complain about.its so fortunate to have the online service crap out every half day or so.
