I like to sit while playinf, unless for example fighting a boss gets too intense :)Naturally, I stand while playing sports games.

I imagine this is the same for most people, in that I sit down when I play most games. But if they require lots of movement (like Wii Sports), then I'll stand up.

I agree it depends on the game. I generally sit for most games unless they require an excessive amount of motion control.

i usually stand up for games like wii sports, guitar hero and ssbb (last one coz i get so tense and hyped, i finally found a game to beat some nerd) but sit down for anything that requires constant aiming at the tv like CoD:WaW and especially S and M at the olympic games (that's more successful at tiring me than a 30 minute jog) unless it gets tense, then i sit up rather than slouching ( as usual hehe)

yea, for the wii sports games and wii fit (obviously) i stand up to play it, the rest i just get lazy

I try to sit down as much as possible because I have never thought that playing video games should be such an "athletic" ordeal, and I like being as comfortable as possible when gaming it up. I kinda wish I didn't get a Wii, because I really hate the whole Wii Remote thing when controllers are so much better. It's just so difficult and not intuitive.I only stand when absolutely necessary, i.e. Wii Sports or Wii Ski or something like that.
