I kneel when I play my wii. My television isn't that high up so it isn't that bad.

Depends on the game. In SSBB for example, I sit down, but in Skyward Sword I stand up.

Depends on the game.  I'd stand for a full-body game like Wii Sports or Guitar Hero, but sit for a limited/cursor game like Metroid Prime or Trauma Center.

Depends on the game really. If it's Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I sit down, since it doesn't use motion controls, but if I play something like Skyward Sword, I tend to stand up.

It depends on the game. I usually sit if it's something that I'm playing for a long time.

I stand up when playing FPS since it psychologically goads me into actually trying. When I sit down, I get lazy, even if I lean forward, towards the monitor.

it would be weird standing up and playing Mario kart. the only games i can think of that i play standing up are wii sports and sometimes house of the dead or time crises with the PS move.
