I would say that it's a sequel for real fans, people who are starting the series with this game may not like it.

This is a really fun game but an extremely hard one at that. I admit I lost a few... twenty times. But it's still fun nevertheless.

This is a great game, and I've only beaten the first sub-game so far. One thing I don't like is how the available characters keep switching througout the levels. It's like you can't play 3 maps in a row without playing with an entirely different set of characters. Also, a lot of them start out unbelievably overpowered. Like when you start the second game, all the characters are promoted and at least level 3. You get Geoffrey a couple levels later and he's a lvl 17 paladin! What's up with that! I want to train my characters more. Maybe I'll gain more later, but it seems like the exact same characters from Path of Radiance are being used again. I've noticed that there are more PoR than RD characters. That bugs me. I want a NEW game to play.Note: This may have been different if I used save game data from Path of Radiance, but since I only had easy games saved, the bug in Radiant Dawn prevented me from using them. However, I do like the fact that you can remove skills and put them on other characters. I always thought that was a major flaw in PoR; when you removed a skill it was gone forever. It severely limited strategies and what you could do with characters.

I personally believe Radiant Dawn is a great game.It was one of the reasons I even decided to purchase a Wii in the first place. The fact that Radiant Dawn has a long storyline and plot, it is the type of game that will keep you occupied for hours at a time. Or the whole day if you were like me.

They completely ditched the side characters, the small stories, and that is one of the things that made Fire Emblem so great. The support conversations, the small talk, it has been reduced to a simple status bonus.

Loved it, apart from trivial levels, such as the one in whole desert and the one against oliver.

Radiant Dawn is actually my favorite Wii game. Although in my opinion, it's still not as good as Fire Emblem 7 for the GBA.
