I prefer emulation. Although emulation might be a little harder to control, it's not too hard and most of the time, (if you're on VBA) it's pretty much working well!

The real games are much better in terms of control and how I am used to playing it on the actual console. But anything free is better. SO...EMULATION ROCKS THIS WORLD!

Emulation. Its free. Free...just can't be bad. I mean you don't have to pay. You don't have to (physically) go anywhere to buy the game. People say they have problems with controls. It's called a controller people. =/Transportation? Well I don't see any point in complaining about it but if it REALLY bugs you buy a GBA or a DS and buy a Flashcart (Not to mention a laptop for your emulator).

The emulator is better, IMO, because you can get a HUGE screen with great sound, and its free.

I prefer emulations as long as they function well without any errors. Speed mode is just too awesome for some moments (ie: leveling up Pokemon in the wild.). Controls are easy to get used to, so it doesn't bother me. :)

yh bt i used to emulate it on mobile soit was realli slowbt now i emulate on psp and yep its fast. XD

I agree that both have advantage and disadvantages but I would prefer a mix of both jajaja a goog compoter with an emulator of gamcube with a gamecube's gamepad

I like emulation better. That way, you can always redo your mistakes and get the perfect outcome (SRW OG is especially hard if you're playing it on the real GBA)

I agree with this guy, being able to save at the drop of a dime helps alot aswell.

As long as your computer is powerful enough to run the game without a trace of lag, the only real difference is the control setup.(+[ ]∞)vs[-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][...][...][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][....][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][....][......][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][-][......]I, personally, prefer VBA and roms. Easier to manage, less painful to focus on, and not so small my hands get cramped >.<;;Even so, a gameboy is nice to have available when I don't want to use something as big as a computer (i.e. when traveling XP)The glitches in VBA are annoying, but it's an emulator, so there's not much that can be done about it. Emulating is not a simple thing o.oBut then, with a physical game cartridge, there isn't an option for saving game states, so you can mess up badly and not be able to go back D:(I just talk about VBA because that's the one I use XP)

I prefer emulation because you get to enjoy a game without all the expenses, second, I enjoy emulation because you can fix you own controls on the keyboard so it make it easier to control. Furthermore, with emulation you don't have to worry about the problem of battery since if you are running on your computer and laptop I am pretty sure it is hooked up to a power source so you can play for a really long time without worrying about battery being dead.So emulation it is!!

What's the point of playing a game with unlimited lives?I prefer the originals, because it feels like different than an emulated verson. Challenges FTW!

I'd prefer the real deal for the reason that it is more portable. Yet having it free is also nice...

Well, I prefer the real game over the emulation, because of the difficulty factor. (You actually have to go through everything)But I also use emulations because I have no money. But if the real games were free, I'd take them in a heartbeat.

I think emulation and the real game both have their strong and weak points. For emulation you can download games for free. But if they might have very awkward controls or have problems unlike the real thing. On the real game there is a bigger chance of no problems and everything usually works well. So which do you prefer?

i prefer emulation even though on the real gameits easer to link and do some stuff but on the emulator you can use cheats and download game saves and other stuff so i prefer the emulatorsthe worst thing that could happen is that if you had to pay to download games and emulators

I prefer the actual games because there are easier controls but besides that emulation is better for the most part

Depends on the game; if its SMB 3 or something, I'd like to own it.Otherwise, if it's something old I've never heard of, I would rather emulate it first.
