turn-based, no question. Far better for REAL strategy instead of twitch strategy

I don't play many Strategy games so my opinion is a little biased but with Starcraft, Warcraft, and newer titles like World in Conflict stepping up I'll go with RTS. Plus I'm a shooter kind of guy so fast paced is my thing. XD

I like to plan out strategies or exploit weaknesses and openings, so I prefer turn-based strategy (though that doesn't mean that I don't like real-time as well).

turn bases are good for stratagies, but I prefer real time because it makes you think faster and is more realistic.

On the contrary, I think that turn-based strategies are more realistic in that you have to worry about a lot more stuff such as morale, fuel, ammunition, weather, terrain, etc.

I like turn based because of the overall thinking that goes in but i prefer the rts because it forces you to think quick which i think is harder

Turn almost every time as it gives you time to plan and make a more strategic move. Though if youre after lots of fun chaos real time is great

turn is best, you can plan ur strategy and it gives more time to plan ur next move.

I love both. Real-time is better for tactical games (Close Combat series).Turn-based is better for games like Civilization, Hearts of Iron, and Heroes of Might and Magic.

I like both though, I guess I prefer RTS if it doesn't have to do with anything like Warcraft with your stupid heroes... but turn based is as fun..

Turn-based does offer more strategies and planning...RTS offer quick-snap reactions. Ultimately though, I prefer turn-based, because of the extra factors that one needs to control. Huge challenge to do sometimes

I like turn-based, because I'm terrible if I don't have time to think. I always lose at RTS.
