I'm having the slim version. But i'll be buying the old version .Because I think the old 1 is better.Odd eh ?

I got two old PS2s one of them I took apart then i had the PS2 slim but it over-heated. So in my opinon the PS2 phat is better also cause you can install a harddrive for it too.

I had three versions of the old, fatter Playstation and ALL ended up with disc read errors. I'm now on my fourth one and it's a thin version. I'm hoping that because it's a new version, it'll be better built and less prone to read errors. I'm crossing my fingers...Stevo

I have the old one when it came out also like many others, but the slim one is just wasting money if you have an old one unless the old one breaks.

I have the old one, since I got it when i basically came out. I never bothered to buy the slim one because I later got a PS3. *shrugs*.

I have the old one. I bought it by myself (I saved a lot ^^) so I was quite proud of it (and I still am).I don't know which one is better but my PS2 means very much to me.
