I have the slim PS2. I didn't get my first PS2 until two years ago. Plus I like the slim one better since it takes up less space.

I got the old one, and I'm GRATEFUL, because some of my friend's slim PS2s got broken due to over-playing

I have the old one, and its still going strong. Lasted through 24+ hours of constant playing and rarely freezes.

I only have the bulky one but sadly it doesn<t work anymore. My cousin lent me his slim one though !

I have the old one and it's very easy to take it with me >_< I must carry it with two hands and it's very heavy this BIG thing

I got a release day PS2 console which has a HDD with FFXI and another fat PS2 that is modded and is used to play my imported PSOne/PS2 games. I would get a slim PS2 when they finally price at $99. --Michael
