Pokemon FR/LG because i like B/Y/R pokemon the best and FR/LG has all of them and the story with better graphics and running shoes lol

If you mean the old pokemon games on the Gameboys, The old fasion Silver and GOld are pretty cool. But now u got games like Culoseium on the GC that passes them all.

I chose Emerald myself. I think the storyline is the best that i've played(I havent played silver/gold/crystal so i might have a different fave if I had) 
. in all the games i end up turning the sound off pretty quick 'cause it gets boring and repeditive and stuck in my head 
. i've had firered for ages, so i've got a few pokemon on lv 100, by just playin it when i feel like it and stopping when i dont. i still remember gettin it for christmas.....

I'd have to say Pearl, because of all the new features. I'm especially fond of the underground multi player option.

Sapphire was my favorite, even over Ruby. I know that they're supposed to be the "Same Game" but with "differences," but I had better luck with Sapphy; mostly with catching rarer Pokemon easier. I didn't mind Emerald, but it felt like the same game all over again-- and it wasn't worth it when I finally got to the new island/battle place.Diamond and Pearl were OK, but not what I really wanted. For most of the game I was lost, just wandering around and hoping I was going in the right direction. The story-line felt really half-hearted, and I didn't get the same feeling of satisfaction when it was over. It was more like, "Thank God that's over!"

Diamond and Pearl because of the new Evolutions for Pokemon that couldn't evolve in the old games. Also the new attacks, even though, if you noticed, that some of the attacks from previous Pokemon games have been taken out of the lists.

Well I like Pokemon diamond because it came out on the DS and I think it is a good improvement.The 3D type graphics looks great and I enjoyed playing it.

Definitely have to go with Red/Blue on this one. Every Pokemon game after has just been a clone of the original formula just adding some new rats or something stupid. I thought the song for the original show always said like 150 pokemon, gotta catch em all? What happened to that number? Was there like some Chernobyl nuclear meltdown that caused a zillion pokemon to cross breed thruogh radiation exposure? All these other ones just popped up out of no where...

I'm just awesome in Mystery Dungeon (Red).I'm still OK with the rest, except for the Gold, Silver, and Crystal.Those three just irritates me a lot.

Fire red and Leaf Green b/c they had all my fav originals and some of the better looking newer ones from sapphire and ruby but they had it all in GBA graphics which were WAY more pleasing than the original graphics.

Diamond is currently my favourite because I love the story I love the new features and graphics and I think the GTS is amazing....even though I took me forever to figure out it was there and what it did. ><

I picked Emerald but I think I am starting to remember how good pokemon blue was since I had so much fun with it in those days.
