Fire Red Verison.Why you ask ?Because I think the Kanto and Johto region are the Best!The art of Pokemon are great and story is easy to unterstand ;].

pokemon gold for meit was the first time i was able to get all the pokemon up to that point, plus my pokemon were so strong T___Tit was also the most fun. the three legendary dogs were great :D

Seems like me and almost everyone else are in favor of Emerald! It has all the 1337 pokemon from R/S and L/G, plus a little with the tickets Nintendo gives away, plus a cool new Magma hideout! B) SIDE NOTE: Yay i can finally afford a GP :D

All of them, except Red and Blue. Yellow was cool 'cause Pikachu followed you everywhere, XD. The ones after that just got better in many different aspects.

My favourite is emerald because of the battle frontier and that you can get Kyogre and Groudon in the same game.

i loved crystla because it was thwe first game to ahve moving sprites which was really cool to see. and the story line was slightly diffferent to the previous games which made it differet.

That's a tough one; honestly, I was quite attached to Gold/Silver, probably because of the novelty of both the system upgrade from Red/Blue AND those newfangled Pokemon that appeared.

I like Emerald. It is like R/S, but has different and better features. Plus, it has Battle Frontier. It is the best untill we get D/P.

Haven't played the GBA games, but I LOVED Gold/Silver. I owned Gold myself, and my brother owned Silver... but I voted for Silver because I always liked Lugia better than Ho-oh.
