Quick units with decent amount of strength, who can pull this off Swordmasters!!!! I also love their critical attacks. Can anyone say Mia + Astra = pain for anyone dumb enough to challenege her? (Largo

I love the assassins. You get one good enough, no one will be able to hit him and he can do one shot kills.

Gotta love the swordmaster; something about flash stepping and slicing up the enemy just appeals to me.

Merc --> Hero --> Win. Heroes demolish everything in front of them. Not to mention the animation looks awesome. Lords are alright but....the hero animation is simply the best.

I love all of the mages, especially the bishop, because of their epic power over monsters.The generals were also a fave, their high defense made them easy to plow through enemies with.

Myrmidons/Swordmasters are so much better than everthing. The ability to acheive criticals nearly 70% of the time is just too good. Who can pass up 3x damage? Beserkers are good too followed by the magic users. Archers are definitely the worse

Generals are absolute tanks. They wield every corner of the weapon triangle, are nigh impenetrable, and their attack isn't too shabby either. The two shortcomings are limited movement (easily remedied with a pair of boots) and their low speed (which isn't much of a problem anyway). Slow and steady wins the race I would say.

I've always been a fan of magic users. Decent enough defensive and offensie capabilities, and most weapons are 1-2 range.

Myrmidons/Swords Masters/Assassins hit above average damage but have high chances of killing a unit with a single attack and hitting twice! Wyvern Riders hit hard, can pierce through defenses, and can retreat. Generals are tanks who have high defense/ attack, and can easily handle several melee units at once. Sages however are important because their magic easily ignores defence stats and they can heal too. These are my four favorites!

Eh, I'd say that the only units that are pretty much always good are pretty much lords and Pegasus knights consistently.
