i have been and still am reading the wheel of time series by Robert Jordanits an excellent fantasy series, great characters and an awesome worldi also enjoyed Reymond Feists books but they actually made me sad when the characters died over the passing of timedan browns books are quite good but i think he tries too hard to be controversial and i reckon the da vinci code movie is gonna suck pretty bad

I'd say Angels and Demons by Dan Brown. Older books I'd say The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum.

I nearly just read books by Dean Koontz, he's great. My favorite is Odd thomas. Currently I have to read The curious incident of the dog in the night time by Haddon(can't remember his first name). It's a great book but it is very strange, the chapters are numbered with prime numbers and there are lots of illustrations.EDIT: It's Mark Haddon, checked the book.

I don't really read that much books, don't have the time, what with my studies and that jazz. Some favourites are Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, everything by Kurt Vonnegut (especially Galápagos), William Gibson (Neuromancer!), and of course the ever contemporary George Orwell.
