I would have to say that pretty much anything by Keneth Opel is a very good read. I especially enjoy Airborn and the Silverwing series. Holes is also a very good book, if you enjoy a good book as much as I do. :)

my favourite books are:The Diary of Adam and Eve (Mark Twain) ~ hilarious! it's so sad that nobody has ever heard of it...Utopia (Sir Thomas More) ~ a fun political book. sometimes it sounds like a satire, but other times i'm not so sure. those who have strong politcal understanding will find some ideas laughable and quite dumb. an enjoyable little book overall, though. The Lord of the Rings (J.R.R. Tolkien) ~ a very well-written series. it's full of action and suspense, and better-than-movie text! hurray!

Some of my faves mentioned are the GABB (Great American Bathroom Book) series, Redwall series, and the Eragon series. The one I go through the most is the Benet's Reader's Encyclopedia. Love it as a reference. You want to learn about tons of classic literature without reading the books? There ya go.Though for regular books, my faves are Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe and Steppenwolf by Herman Hesse

One of my favorite ones has to be the Belgariad by David Eddings :teehee: It may not be the most original book ever, but the writing style is wonderful. I'm also open to thrillers and such...I love Agatha Christie and Conan Doyle. They rock !!And I like Harry Potter too : everybody needs to have a little guilty pleasure >.<
