So they are talking about the release date for the sims 3 but there is not much info on the content. What do you think would make it cool?I think it should be based on the earth and instead of selecting neighbourhoods you first select a country and then a neighbourhood, this way you could have different cultures, wardrobes and just so many cool things. What do you think?

I could see a lot of problems comeing out of that with different country's disslikeing how they or they're culture is portrayed. What i'd like to see is a little bit more ability to make a sim how you invision them. Not just physicly i think sims 2 did a good job of that, but their aspirations and things, being able to choose some of the more fine tuned parts of the sims phsych. For instance being able to choose rather than have randomly generated the lifetime aspirations (or at least haveing the option to choose it with the characters you make). I try at times to make sims of people I know or me, and when i make "me" and it says "lifetime aspiration: to gain 10 of every skill... includeing body...)" it just looses something. Haveing sims with attitudes tword specific things or particular tastes in food or that sort of depth would also be a nice addition.

There is a sims 3 website and they say that you can choose a personality in way more depth. like you could mak a super nerd who dislikes the tv but loves to cook, i think that will be pretty cool.

hope there way more things to do outside of homes or downtowns. like hunting or camping.

The expansions dont cost so much, or that they have a load more things in, and not just the same expansion but for Sims 3 instead, its just boring. but i would also love the ability to actually go to work if you choose so, so when you get in the car to go to work a pop says 2would you like to go with your sim" and if you choose yes either your sims left in the house will either go on auto pilot or you can keep switching between work place and the house. And whilst at work you have to either do puzzles to get the work done or you just have to keep him happy for the day to do well. And by doing the "follow your sim to work" thing you get paid bonus at the end of the day.

I think more animals in the pets expansion pack would make it better. ^^ Alos if you could control/customize them more.As for the sims, make em more real and also more easily customized, lol. The wardrobe too. Oh, and cooler clothes for the guy sims.

I saw some pics too but hmm how do I say, I think maybe it will be a great game too but I don't think sobecause they look way to different I don't like the faces they look like from Singles ahhaa

This will be the ultimate in escapism. Can't flipping wait to satisfy all those devilish desires everyone secretly has.So open ended and realistic, there's no doubt this is going to be -awesome-.

I like the concept of Sims 3, I think it will be the most enjoyable of the series!! (I have high expectations for it)

im so excited for the sims 3 ... im going crazy waiting (it gets released in Jan next year) ... it looks so good. SO EXCITED!!!! go 2 www.thesims3.ea.com and u can watch this video there which shows you some of the stuff that you can do while playing ... but be warned once you watch it ... u will probably go crazy like me and be super super excited 4 the sims 3 .... I CANT WAIT!!!some of the stuff is that you can really choose your sims personality traits - they can be hot headed, a party animal, really love politics etc, also you can choose there life time want (i think ...) and when you are creating them you can how fat or skinny they are, you can choose how muscular they are, when you are choosing hair you can add hightlights and finally you can choose what shoes they wear FINALLY!

I'm currently looking forward to the living neighborhood aspect.I'd love to see more story or backbone to it. Not like pre-scripted, but like having a family story. I think the memories that each sim had in the Sims 2 was a step in the right direction, however I thought it needed to be expanded... maybe like a collective family memory.

i cant wait for it to come out i know ill get it the only thing i wish they could fixes in the games is so u can move and not click around i hate that when im trying to talk to someone and then i make myself move away

I wont buy Sims 3 although it sounds great but I've already got some Expension Packs for Sims 2and I love Sims 2 game!!!

I have seen the screenshots for the sims 3, and there isn't mush of a change. The graphics are similar, just a little tweaking to make them more 3D, and you can customize your sims more. I believe you can also travel around twon more. It doesn't seem very interesting to me. I probabl;y won't get it.

i really wounder if sims of the baby group can wear clothes now, if so that would rock, thats what i want added in this game!!!

Eh, i like the original sims best. Whatever new ones wont be as good anyway :/
