I dislike the original Sega one. It sucks.And most people these days that are big into posting on forums for roms tend to be a younger generation, who have probably not played the original Sega, Genesis, or NES. Just an assumption, though.

I was tempted to put in the XBox one because not all the directional pads are so accesible at the same time and some buttons get lost in the layout.

old SNES controllers were superb. Felt great.The PSone controllers were also good and pratically undestructable.

My earliest system was the SNES, and I didn't get into anything else until around the Gamecube area, so my experience is some what limited. With that said, I've never been a fan of bulky controllers, and the X-Box controller is one I really don't like...

i'd have to say the xbox controller. though i don't own an xbox, i have played a few before, and the controller configurations always confused me to no end.

The original XBox was bad, or rather clumsy, but to be honest, nothing beats the Wii. The controller itself is ugly and come on - it is like waving around with a remote control. Kinda interesting how Nintendo managed to combine an incredible idea in such a bad way. Not like it hurts the waggle so much, but for anything else it is ugly. Similar I hate it for games that don't use waggle (or not really use that). As a gamepad it sucks badly....

I gotta say the Wii controller. Since the analog stick [nunchuck] has a connecting wire to the main controller, you can lay back and spread your arms apart when you play. Unlike the N64 controller where you keep your hands together.

I could never use the XBOX one. It was way to confusing. I never owned a XBOX, but whenever my friends and I would play Halo or Halo 2, I would get destroyed.
