It's the supercluster that contains our own galaxy (the Milky Way) and the Andromeda Galaxy. The Supercluster consists of two components: disk component and halo component. It has a diameter of 200 million light years and contains about 100 groups and clusters of galaxies. (Is this too much information overload?)

An apsis is the point of greatest or least distance of the elliptical orbit of an astronomical object from its center of attraction, which is generally the center of mass of the system.
