I cannot sleep if there is any light or noise in the room besides the humming of my computer when it is on. I can't sleep well without that.

I'm an insomniac. Any such light or sound makes it impossible to get anything close to sleep.

i dont have a TV in my room! but i slept with it on friday so i nohow u feel.but theres not a real person watching you if u were watching cartoons.im not allowed to watch on weekdays so i only feel like that on weekends.when i fall asleep in the basement watching TV.
