When my tv is on it has to be on mute or something, cuz if I hear the tv I start to listen to it and then I can't go to sleep

I tend to sleep with it on or off regardless. When you're tired, everything just fades into the background.

yes, and it's better for me if the tv is off. when sleeping i actually like everything turned off except of course the fan/aircon. sometimes, i like to listen to music before sleeping.

We do have a tv in our room, but don't have it plugged in most of the time. i have to have everything off. i used to listen to music along time ago but now if there's the radio or tv on then i start getting into it too much to relax down

I can't usually sleep if the nearby t.v. on, i usually have to have the volume turned down all the way, or i usually turn the t.v. off to be able to get a decent amount of sleep.

im the same way. idk, its just...idk. it works. maybe its some kinda of mind control used by the goverment to make kids follow there desires! they might send brainwaves/telepathic waves threw the tv to control us! make us ddo there biding...work..sleep...eat..work...obey...were just sheep! Its weird cause i cant seem to fall asleep if the tv is on BUT ill sleep quite well if the omputer or radio is on

i didn't use to be able to sleep without the t.v on but after the old thing crapped out on me i didn't have much of a choice for a few months. now i'm used to sleeping without the TV .. even prefer it

When I was younger I used to sleep with the TV on all the time, but as I grew older I grew out of it.

I can't sleep with the TV ON!Whenever I watch it I just become so absorbed! If I leave it on before I got to bed I just lay there listening to the TV. It just wont let my mind shut down long enough to go to sleep.Makes sense to me though.
