Sadly, I bought some stupid Tarzan game when I was little because of a friend and I regrettably bought Megaman and Bass because of a friend.

The only time i buy games cause my friends have them is because i play them and i like them.Pluse it saves me the rental fee and the rental place. :-)

no I wouldn't, you just have to wait for them to finish the game and then borrow it...of course that works better on console games (Tales of Symphonia on gc), it would be better for hand-helds and you want to try multi-player

No, but it's usually the opposite for me: friends buy the game because I have it and then proceed to suck at it which then leads them to ask me for help and I end up beating the same game seven times.

i buy the same game as friend and dowload the same gameumm.. i think the only game i bought was dot hack because my friend had on and it looked like a realy good game.
