I like Pokemon once and a while but I really do prefer harvest moon over Pokemon. For Harvest Moon it takes stratigy and pateince exspecially carful planning. I really enjoy how you need to actually work in the game to get the things that is most desired by you though Pokemon is like that it still lacks the part of actually having a family a going to actual events that wont come back till next year in the game. Also the characters move about freely unlike Pokemon, and there is isnt any repetative fight in this game either. I like Harvoost Moon its relaxing to me.

I've never played Harvest Moon, so I don't know, which is the best. But, Pokemon is a really addictive game.

Harvest Moon: Full of planning, mainly about a farmer's life, thus race against time :(Pokemon: Well you know it, gotta catch 'em all ;DWell, I can't really decide which is better, because their plot repeats on each release after release. :/

Pokemon, the game has a lot more depth in terms of RPG elements than most people realize, like EV training and Breeding.

Definetly Pokemon. Harvest Moon is good as well, but Pokemon is much better.

Pokemon. Sorry Harvest Moon fans, but it's repetitive. Every day the same exact thing(s). Out, Water, Feed, In, Sleep. Out, Water, Feed, In, Sleep. Pokemon at least has Variety in everything you can do.

Yeh, agriculture isn't really my thing. And unless the pets can be evolved into insane behemoths and learn mad skills for battling purposes, think I'll stick to Pokemon.

Hmmm, i would say harvest moon is pretty much better than pokemon because in it there's not much u can do but train, catch and bore urself to death.But still, i play it sometimes when there's nothing else to do.

I like pokemon because of the online battling and The stratergy in the game which harvest moon does not HAVE and there are around 490 pokemon to choose from which is very unique in the sense all other games have only 2 to 10 characters max20 =P and the game is very addictive and increases our maths mark=P because of all the damage calculation and STAB calculation! so, easily i like to say that Pokemonis better than harvest moon ANYDAY yea one more thing : Pokemon does not depend on age unlike harvest moon

Harvest Moon is the better one in my opinion. Pokemon has the same repetitive plot of going to gyms and winning and it gets boring. The only real challenge the game offers is making a really good team or getting all the Pokemon without cheating.

well thats just half of it then there is EV traning your pokemon and getting to lvl100 and go online and battle and Destroy some trainersPokemon has the same repetitive plot of going to gyms and winning and it gets boring. I'd choose harvest moon. You can't really beat it, and theres many things to do after the credits roll. Pokemon, i guess its gotten repetitive over the past few years. Theres nothing new to add! whereas harvest moon came out with rune factory, combining it with battle.
