Well, if you're after for excitement and some butt-kicking battles, I'd go for Pokemon.I love harvest moon too... Though, it gets boring on your 2nd year/2nd play. DX

Well it's not really comparable. I'd pick pokemon since there are so much more variations in the species you can get.

I've never played Harvest Moon before... and I've been an old fan of the Pokémon series.. so I'd definitely choose Pokémon

Both games are awesome. I actually don't see much of alikes between this 2 games but anyways...I guess I would go for HM.

for me i would choose pokemonGPs were deducted for this post, please read the rules! - tedsb16Personally, I like them both (but I'm accually posting for my brother at the moment, so he'd probably choose Pokemon). Harvest Moon is addicting and an overall easy-going game. Pokemon is an entertaining RPG that takes time to beat.

Pokemon FTW :]Harvest moon is fun, but not as good as Pokemon.And i prefer Animal Crossing more than Harvest Moon.

More people probably play Pokemon than Harvest Moon because it sounds more appealing. Pokemon has more to it than Harvest Moon does, though. While you can catch and train a whole bunch of Pokemon in the Pokemon games, Harvest Moon is mainly about farming and wooing the potential bachelor/bachelorettes.And once you're married in that game, you basically have nothing else to do. Pokemon lasts a little longer, at least.

id probably pick pokemon, but its pretty hard to choose cuz i like harvest moon also
