this is probably the hardest desicion for me because both harvest moon and pokemon are my favorite games to play. I'm really into pokemon because i never really got to play it when it first came out. I have recently discovered harvest moon about a year ago, and fell in love. I have already played 3 different versions and Rune Factory, and i have 2 other HM versions that I have not tried yet. So, I think my fav is.....................................................................................................Harvest Moon.

Harvest Moon.Partly cause I'm an old fart who remembers when there were only 150 pokemon to deal with. Ah, those were the simple days.

I'm such an Harvest Moon fan. I never really got into the whole Pokémon thing... But I did try. I have the pearl one (I bought it 2 years ago I think), but I never got addicted to it.

Ooo tough choice... I'd have to choose pokemon because red was the first video game I played ever, so the series is special to me. But HM is a close second!

I hate pokemon so i 'd better have to say harvest moon ,there is fresh in here , quite a funny game.Lovely ,and good.Personally, I like them both (but I'm accually posting for my brother at the moment, so he'd probably choose Pokemon). Harvest Moon is addicting and an overall easy-going game. Pokemon is an entertaining RPG that takes time to beat.

I like them both, but I'll go with Harvest moon. Both games will get boring at some point, but harvest moon is a more relaxed game.

Well, since I have not played Harvest Moon, and I am currently having a mind numbing episode involving Pokemon , I'd say Pokemon. But that could just be the depression talking.

Pokemon of course, why? because i love pokemon, and i play this game from gameboy, gameboy color and gameboy advance.Now pokemon ranger, very good.

I'd pick harvest moon. Pokemon has been the same for years, and its too straightforward for me to enjoy anymore.

they're really different in the way that in harvest moon you're free to do just about anything, while in pokemon, there's kind of only one path to go and you don't really progress in the game without following it.it all depends on the mood, when i want to just follow along, or be free to do my own thing.

Theyre both very addicting but pokemon is better in my opinion, i like to train creatures that i capture lol

Harvest Moon, definitely. With Pokemon, there are only so many things you can do, and once you beat the game you beat the game.With Harvest moon, you can only go so many places, but you can change your schedule day to day and you, in a way, never beat the game, which would usually overall end the game. HM keeps going for years (in game) and seems to never end, which is better for long term play.
