Looks like things are pretty tied up so i will have to chip in with my vote. I prefer pokemon, i find farming boring, and leave relationships up to real life, not virtual. Theres no satisfaction in a virtual girlfriend.

Ooooh, that is certainly a difficult question. I'd probably end up choosing Pokemon, though, since it's much easier to find people to play with, as opposed to Harvest moon, in which there isn't much to do with friends, even if you find someone to play with. :/Don't get me wrong though, I do enjoy staying up to the wee hours with harvest moon. ;D

I would have to say that pokemon is the better game series. There are lots of games and you get addicted to it easily. I love Harvest Moon but pokemon is better in my opinion

Pokemon ^_^way better than harvest moon, just because i find it too repetitive ._. i dont know.. i feel like you have to have more patience ^-^ u know cultivating and stuff

Is this actually a question? Harvest moon is okay if you're bored outta your head and absolutlely need to be gaming but to try and compare them to the replayability and overall fun of the pokemon series is an absolute joke. They've all gone downhill since harvest moon 64 anyways. Better to ask Animal Crossing or Pokemon, at least with AC you could decorate your pad.

Pokemon if you like the Pokemon franchise. Harvest moon if you like a slow paced game and/or strategy games with a hint of a dating sim. You get to pick a girl and try to increase your relationship with her. So yea, it can be a dating sim.

Both of the games can kill the time but I think that pokemon is a classic in handheld games. So i Prefer Pokemon..

For me Harvest Moon hands down, but im rly Bias ive played it since the SNes and N64 versons bu pokemon does have a good storyline

for me, i prefer pokemon.. i tried playing harvest moon but then i totally didnt get how to play it so i quit after the first day...pokemon is just easier to understand

Pokemon for sure! Harvest Moon is ok but I dont think that farming is as fun as battling

Hands (Paws or Claws ) down Pokemon, although It takes a while to beat the backwards compatibility with the GBA Pokemon games makes for an intrestingtime.

I prefer harvest moon! Pokemon is a good game but so repetitive... this is always the ssame games from the Game boy Color to the nintendo DS. Harvest moon is very good and chiken are so cuuuuuuuuute

I'd prefer Harvest Moon over pokemon. Don't get me wrong I like pokemon and almost have every single game on the computer or actual hand-held. But after you beat the Elite 4 and finished the other sub-quests I don't get much fun out of the game anymore. Harvest moon on the other hand can go quite a bit but can get repetitive, but still fun

Pokemon hands down. The diversity and customization makes this an easy choice for me. On top of the ridiculous amount of nostalgia brought upon by my childhood, this one is a no brainer for me. haha

I like them both, but I would choose pokemon, because I"ve loved it ever since I was 2. And that it"s an entertaining and challenging game....

Pfft, Pokemon all the way. For the ultra-fans, if you want to breed *just* the right kind of Pokemon, you've got to get the berries just the right kind.. (Milotic, anyone)?It's time-consuming but you've always got something to do... I've been playing Pokemon Blue since I was around ten... I've got 300 hours and still not finished.

I LOVE harvest moon and yeh its just better than pokemon and by the way i finished all the games of pokemon already!
