Pokemon is great but Harvest Moon isn't all that bad. Investing in both of them would be fine. However, I heard the Harvest Moon DS isn't as great as Harvest Moon Friends of the Mineral Town. Was wondering if there are better titles that have come out.

Why not just combine them both. It makes sense that some pokeon can be used for farming and if you Combine Harvest moon's build up system,pokemon's battles and numbers of pokemon to collect and more people to interact with you get (one of) the ultimite(s) game(s) of Nintendo

hmm.. Harvest world for me since i like farming not just in game but also in real life.. pokemon sometimes can get me boring with the same gameplay esp during the battle..

Harvest Moon is good but its lacking that group feeling Pokemon has always had for me. There's just something about crushing your friends on pokemon you just can't get out of having a better farm. Pokemon wins this one in my opinion.

i like both game but i think pokemon is more fun and it take a long time to train the pokemon. For harvest moon its very addicting and i love that kind of game its very easy and funPersonally, I like them both (but I'm accually posting for my brother at the moment, so he'd probably choose Pokemon). Harvest Moon is addicting and an overall easy-going game. Pokemon is an entertaining RPG that takes time to beat.

personally i prefer harvest moon than pokemon(doesnt mean i dun like pokemon)cuz u can get married and build houses on harvest moon..

I choose... Harvest Moon!!! There is more to do in harvest moon. You have to look after a farm, raise crops, raise animal, raise a family, make friends and do the special thing associated with each of the games (collecting the harvest sprites, the sun stones, people on your island ect). With pokemon all you do is beat the pokemon league, collect all the pokemon and that's basically it.

Harvest Moon !!~!I'm too much of a perfectionist, and Pokemon takes way too much time for me, since I have to catch both genders of them "all", and level them "all".
