I've loved Harvest Moon since the original came out on the SNES. Got nothing against Pokemon, just like HM better.

Pokemon probably. Harvest moon is addicting but pokemon is even more. I mean the craving to build the most powerful team and to discover those secrets. really addicting

Pokemon wins.I played and owned both of these games, but Pokemon was more entertaining and especially fun when you're battling online.

I so like pokemon because its so entertaining and i got a collection of pokemon games and i also have harvest moon the boy and girl version i played all of harvest moon.

I prefer Harvest Moon. It's more relaxing.I cannot tell you how many times I've been painstakingly roving through the grass to find one particularly elusive pokémon just to get "CRITICAL HIT! '****** HAS FAINTED!"I can honestly say that I have never been watering my turnips only to find I've watered them too hard and they've died.

For the DS, I think I prefer Pokémon. More RPG-like, more things to do.Although I'd never ever say HM isn't good. I love it, too!

id pick pokemon, always liked pokemon...both games do get a little repetitive though, and im not the hugest fan of farming

for me, definetely pokemon. the first game i've ever played is pokemon red version for the gameboy and it was legendary! currently, i play pokemon diamond and i find it more fun than harvest moon

Harvest MOon! i mean, its true its pretty pointless/ repetitive/ neverending, but its so satifying when you get your hoe upgraded or when your heart changes colour!and when you thin about it, the endless battles in pokemon to level and to catch all the diff species gets pretty tiring fast.

i thought it was funny when i saw this thread, because these were like my two biggest obsessions forever. two very addicting games, id probably choose pokemon over harvest moon, more to do, more exciting, but both are worth trying definitely.

well the 1st pokemon is great then after that the pokemon gotten pretty bad...and I know HM is kinda repeative but its really fun once you grasp thing there...

I never played harvest moon only played several pokemon games... i just like that game since it's an rpg, otherwise i wouldn't play it
