i would say ansem, he was really easy to beat but it was a fun battle. does seperoth count as a villan? cuz if he does seperoth all the way ( it took me forever 2 beat him 2)

Cloud was a villain for a short time in the game but so was Riku, then as for real villains that i like Shepiroth the hardest bad guy in the game and Ansem he's just cool looking.

I'd say Kefka from FF6 (FF3 US) would have to be a pretty evil villain. He completly reformed the world, thats pretty.. destructive.

My favorite villin would have to be...the final boss from Kingdom Hearts. I can't remeber his name because I havn't played it in awhile but that guy.

Maleficent is LE Villian! :3 She's really cool and she's Disney's best villian ever, physically and psycologycally.But Hades IS my favourite. 8DHe's LE cool. I love his way of acting, I love the things he says and the way he says them and... I love when he gets irritated! :lol:Hades = Pwnez

Probably Ansem overall, though I haven't played KH in a while... Sephiroth is of course the undisputed best(worst?) in terms of difficulty, which can either be a joy to go up against or a maddeningly frustrating experience. He's got even less reason for being there than most challenge bosses, though. He just sort of sits there doing nothing until the inevitable fight, when we already know he really should have bigger goals than just to terrorize a kid holding a giant key.I liked the idea of some of Organization XIII, but they had so little screentime and character to most of them that I can't really give them any more than an honorable mention. And... Hades might be funny for most, but he really just bugged the hell out of me. I grew up reading Greek myths, so Disney's loose interpretation of them is just a tad nauseating from my perspective.
