i still have my think one. I didn't really see a point to the new one because my ps2 just stays at home and I rarely have to move it

I just read that a guy uses it in his car?The second post. What power source would you connect the PS2 to?My car has an already built in TV on the ceiling of the car.We also have plugs in the back row on the side of the car which we can connect outlets to.It's a Honda Odyssey.

what you have to get rid of the junk. it would be a total waste of space. streamlining your interior would benefit your psyche. that stuff is baggage--contributes to the ugliness of the space and clutters the mind. so i say donate that "thick" ps2 to some orphanage. or maybe just sell it. or just throw it to recycling.

I have it, and I actually prefer it to the slim one. They're not as fragile.

Had it as my first console, and still is my only console. I like it's bulkiness..........makes it look more of a powerhouse than the thinner PS2.

The "chubby" Ps2 is so much better than the slimline, mine is still alive, i guess sometimes bigger is better :)

Its possible. I've done it with my GameCube. You buy a Power Inverter, and you can plug in the Power Source. Then you'd just have to hook up the Audio/Video cords. When I set up everything, it cost about Fifteen dollars.I have the Thick PS2, Its the only one I ever bought.

Well I have Both, Personally i keep waiting for the disk tray to slid out of the new one, the old one is just as good so why they remodled it, its so pointless, but i like the new one because you can transport it with out really being concerened.
