I have to say Kimari because his special is pretty pointless, but once you go around the grid they're all pretty much the same except for the specials and Yuna's summons

wakka. i just didn't like the way he attacked, and he couldn't compare to the strength that tidus or auron had.

Okay Wakka, Tidus, and Auron were the best characters in the game. If you tough him up and do attack reels I guarantee you its one of the best moves in the whole game. Kimahri is the worst, he basically copies somebody elses Sphere Grid and that is weak.

I would have to agree. Kimahri is pretty versatile, I'll give him that, but his purpose in the party is pretty vague throughout the game. He should only be used when facing Biran and Yenke. I say that confidently because I heard that their stats scale to Kimahri's anyway.

rikku is horrible. weak defense, weak attack, etc.at least kimahri is versatile as a secondary bezerker if you build him on auron/tidus's path. he can steal as well. so basically you got Auron lite with stealing. not bad.Yuna is very underrated. if you get her flare and double cast you will never need lulu again. she literally does twice as much damage and her speed/agility is MUCH higher. plus she summons.she can not only heal but she does the most dmg of anyone.

maxout every one then tell me rikku and kimari are useless it all comes down to overdrives in which lulu is the worst you can't get asmany attacks with higher magics and sometimes doublecast does more damage since all furyed magics are 1/4 in strength.rikku is realy usefull against penance as she is the only one who can heal over max dmg with final elixer

For me, Kimahri is COMPLETELY useless. Rikku is weak. The others are good if you know what to do with them.

It's gotta be Yuna. Every other character, at worst, can still hold their own. Yuna can't do crap until the game is nearly over, and you send her on Lulu's grid. Which is, of course, the only grid you can send her on to salvage her in any way, 'cuz no matter what you do, she's still worthless as a fighter. And once you're to that point, you'll be doing so much damage with your fighters that there's no point in using the mages at all, except to get AP for 'em. If not for cure, there wouldn't be any point in even having her as a playable character. Maybe they should've just made her an item. Stuff Yuna in the inventory, and click on her anytime you need a healing spell. Feed her a bucket of fishheads once a week, dump her out of the bag when it's time for a cut scene... Yeah, that works.Kimahri shouldn't even be in this discussion. A properly built Kimahri (which takes some patience, admittedly) is a better Auron. And Rikku is really only weak when you first get her. If you go after the celestial weapons, she's pretty much guaranteed to replace Tidus, because you'll never get his without divine intervention.

Lulu=Useless. Wakka=Useless. Kimari=Ultra Useless. Yuna+Tidus+Auron+Rikku=Greatness. Rikku's item ability is amazing. Mix two three stars and get a sunburst for 24999 damage, regardless of defense. Good stuff. Good stuff. Yuna is just an amazing spell caster and Tidus and Auron are just amazing because they deal good to amazing amounts of damage. As for Kimari being a better Auron, you have to be insane. Not trying to attack you in anyway, that's your opinion. But Auron is able to literally kill all the final bosses in 2-3 hits if you do it right.

Come on, no one in the game is "ultra useless," no matter how much you hate 'em. It's not FF6. You don't have a dozen interchangeable paper dolls. Everyone serves a specific purpose. Auron and Kimarhi kill armored things. Tidus kills fast things. Wakka kills flying things. Lulu kills slimes and elements. Yuna can heal, and Rikku has steal, mix, and is a replacement Tidus (but stronger, and not quite as fast, in my experience) if you can't get his stupid sigil.Anyone can kill the final bosses in two or three hits if you have the celestials and you've levelled up a respectable amount. It's a Final Fantasy. It's easy. Auron is awesome for most of the game, but he really only stands out in the end-game because his celestial weapon is the easiest to get. And even then, his speed is a weakness, he'll never be able to hit flying monsters reliably, and he doesn't have anything even half as good as the "useless" Wakka's attack reels. The only bad thing about Wakka, really, is that his overdrives and celestial weapon stuff takes forever to get. He only sucks for the first half or so of his grid. He starts getting big strength gains afterwards, and his grid leads right into Auron's, so he just gets stronger. And Kimahri can be a second anyone. Auron included, and it's not really that hard, it just takes a bit of patience and planning. Just send him to get Rikku's steal first chance you get, then store up his Sphere Levels until you get to Home. He'll be nothing special up to that point, but even in a state of pseudo-stasis, he shouldn't lag too far below Tidus. In Home, or just after it, you get a teleport sphere. Use that to send him backwards down Auron's path, then backwards down Wakka's path, and assuming everyone has been levelled an equal amount, he will beat every single attacker in every physical stat but speed and accuracy, both of which he'll still top Auron in. You could do it with anyone, really, but Kimarhi is the only one who has no one single essential ability that you'll miss out on by doing it with him. Even if you send him straight from his grid to Wakka's, he'll still be second only to Auron in power. I don't see how anyone could call him useless unless they didn't even bother to give him a chance in the first place.

Rikku. She's good for certain moments like against Machina but that's basically it.. I level her cause I'm a completionist though.
