How do you handle anger?

I try to count to 10 but that usually dont work so i count to 50 and then i get bored of doing so and i usually forget why i was angry in the first place. ;0)

I normally keep anger on the inside until it builds to a ridiculous amount and I just snap and tell the person off. I have a very, very cutting tongue when I want, and normally know just what to say when I'm pissed to hurt a person, so I try to avoid showing how angry I am. It's non-violent, at least, and puts people back in their place so I'm not really all that worried about it :P

I'll tend to keep quiet. Very quiet. If i complains about something, it shows that i'm not as angry as when i keep quiet. Lol.

I would imagine those being verbally abused by you would have gaping mouths.

I break stuff, but to be more economical I usually go out for a walk or run around in the forest. If I get angry in public, I try to hide it until I find an appropriate place to let it out.

I normally just wait till i get to go to taekwondo (karate) and take my anger out on other people a pad or a punching bagIts awesome when i get to spar its fun and it makes you feel superior. lol :shifty:

When I'm really angry and everything has turned bad I like to break things. (I'm good at that) Most of the time it's just pencils and anything that can snap and make a good sound but once I managed to destroy a laminated certificate.

I tend to internalize it and suppress it. I can normally get rid of it later by playing either button mashing games or many, many rounds of tetris. Only once do I remember really snapping at a person, and it wasn't pretty.

The way I deal with my anger is that I don't show it. I keep a calm air around me and force the anger into a small back area of my mind where it stays under control. Then, at the end of the day, I walk into the forest to the clearing deep in the forest where I let my anger out on the boulders and the dead trees.

i really have a big problem with controlling my temper. i usually burst many times a day in anger. (at times in gaming hehe)anyway how i used to handle it was by smoking which calmed my nerves for the moment but later it was the same deal again.the best way i think is to take a deep breath hold yourself. and express it through reasonable ways and not by bursting

I normally release my anger slamming the table :gs: Not a good role model to others, but it's my way of keeping my violent tendencies as low as possible.

im the type of person who takes all negative emotion and turn it into anger, i then slowly stay calm and tuck the anger somewhere deep inside where no one can see it... of course its never good for the person who puts the straw that breaks the camels back cuz then im worse then a bomb, BOOM i go mad. Anger everywhere, you dont want to be the person on the receiving end... of course after all is said and done i feel so amazing :P haha :P all my stress is gone away and im happy again :P

Play an FPS and Shoot everyone's heads off.Or just a beat em up.That's the most effective way i use.

Really? wow. That is effective. I will try that someday. :P But I'd just really prefer keeping my calm. haha
