I am a very calm person and i dont tend to get angry. Though if i do get angry it goes away quickly unless somehow i gotten really frustrated. That happens rarely though.

I usually just walk it out or concentrate really hard on homework or exercising. I'm usually a pretty calm person though

i let it roll off of my shoulder, but sometimes a tiny portion bottles up, and i have to let it out onece every 2 months.i just literally dont care,people are just ignorant and dont know any better.they are not less than you, they are only greater than you when you let them control you by becoming mad.you can shoose to not get mad

When I would get mad, I would just put on hardcore mysic or scream. But for the past year or so, I've never felt extremely angry in a way that I could not just realize it's not worth the anger and just smile because life is too short to be angry :fun:

I handle anger by crying (laugh) ^_^ It's better than blaming things to someone. At least they won't get affected, only me (laugh).

if i'm angry usually i would take deep breaths or curse the person mentally or strangle the person without killing them

If im angry about something that I think and I don't know for sure I'll just think about the possiblity that I could be wrong other than that I just try not to think about it or let it get to me.

Most of the time I have small fits of anger where I get rowdy and yell. How I try to handle is it is either

1. Depending if I can solve the problem, I try to solve it. No mess, no fuss, and I won't have anything to be angry at later on.

2. If I can't, just take my mind off of it by doing something else.

Unforuatnely, I carry my dad's tendencies of being angry so it kind of sucks.

I'm usually (from what I've heard) a very violent person. Of course, I'm not brain-dead. Even when I'm angry I just harm myself, and not anybody else because I don't want to get in trouble.

Laughter, although sometimes it's hard to laugh when you are angry, normally AVGN brightens up my mood, but ol fashion zombie killing helps

I go about playing a game with cheats on. Usually it's Mario and the size/texture hacks that make me crack up. And them there is the infamous death in Snowman's Land in Mario 64 (not DS). You go on the shell and ride through the shallow frozen pond underneth the bully boss, making yourself hit the ramp. Since you cannot move and is stuck in the freezing pond (that's treated like lava), you hear Mario go 'Ooh....' due to the shell hitting the wall, then a sudden 'ahahahahahahahahahahahahah!!' to death. Go try it out!

I get quite destructive when I am angry. I wish I knew someone that knows psychology more then me, and could force the sympathetic nervous system to quit acting in the fighting way of the fight/flight response.
