So who was your favourite character & tec, and why?Mine would probably have to be Frog, because he's just plain cool. Plus his double tec with Lucca is insane!

Magus - Dark Matter. Simple as that for me haha. Sure, I felt somewhat bad about leaving Glenn as a Frog, but it was too hard to resist passing up on having Magus a part of the team.

Frog.There's just something... quaint about a sword-weilding amphibian. (No, not a Ninja Turtles holdover or anything.)His moves are quite cool, and so is his weapon. It's deliciously ironic that a legendary sword fit for a king is actuallybest wielded by something with slimy hands but a pure heart.Although I do have a quibble: why didn't Magus bother to turn Frog back when you chose Magus to join your party?I mean, is it that hard of a spell to undo? At least tell him how to undo it if Magus can't undo it himself... (Not unlikelythat a kiss from a princess can undo this, and Magus not being a princess, well... At least Marle will know what to do. 
)

Frog and Robo were the only characters I liked at all, and I chose Robo because I know everybody's gonna pick Frog and I want Robo to get at least some votes.

Magus is the freaking Dark Enlightened One (EnDarkened one?) from 12,000 years before recorded scientific history. He would have brutally murdered Crono's team if it weren't for that time gate. Plus, Prophet's Guile reveals a whole new outlook on him towards all those haters. Anyway yea, Magus is my favorite character from the entire game.

I've nobody new to add to the mix. Frog and Magus have always been my favorites. If I had to choose, I'd prolly give Frog the slight edge as I prefer physical fighters over magicians in rpgs.

Hahaha! That's great. I think if magus was introduced earlier in the game, then he might be one of my favourites too. But i dunno... I don't really like his attitude or his cliche look either, lol.You're forgetting the greatest Video game character ever...

I agree. I get tired of classic "goth cliche darkness" characters quite a bit. In fact it kind of turned me off that he was a playable character...I liked him SO much more as villain...that whole part where you finally go to his castle to take him down is easily one of the coolest parts of the game. Plus he had a great theme song.StevoHahaha! That's great. I think if magus was introduced earlier in the game, then he might be one of my favourites too. But i dunno... I'd say Lucca, I think she is pretty underrated as an interesting character when in fact, she is pretty much the main character of the game when you think about it. She is the reason the party learn about Lavos, she is usualy the one to realise and explain most important story elements and seem like the only one who really care about the main story and make the pertinent comments related to the planet and Lavos (Frog mostly want to find Magus, Ayla don't really understand but want to help the party no matter what they do, Marle mostly tag along because she love Crono. For Crono himself... we never really know what he think about all of this. I'm not really sure about Robo's goal and Magus mostly want to save Schala or avenge her)Battle-wise, she isn't very good before learning magic, but then she have the highest magic power beside Magus and Flare is pretty much the best attack spell for a good while. My favorite party is Lucca, Ayla and Frog.

If i had to choose between one of the girls, i'd say Marle, just because i like her healing and duel tec's.As for Lucca, i didn't really find her that great to play as, because she couldn't really deal as much damage as some of the other players.One of the girls would be the best. Magus in my case. It really shows dedication when he endures what he does without ever making any excuses, only for us to discover that he's doing it for family.Plus you can't beat his stats at max lvl. Double stars makes Dark Matter a nightmare.

Magnus and Frog are the coolest I think. But I'll always have more respect for Frog, so noble. Never really like Lucca and Robo.. except for the side quest at the end when he helps the lady make the garden, it's pretty sweet.

I don't think anyone really liked Lucca or Robo! (except for maybe Tiamat)They're just 2 really boring characters lol. If Lucca didn't have an awesome duel tech, I wouldn't even look at her as a character.Magnus and Frog are the coolest I think. But I'll always have more respect for Frog, so noble. Magus all the way. Legions of monsters chanting his name, control over the darkness and not to mention the power to turn people into frogs. He kind of reminds me of a mix of Alucard from the Castlevania series and the guy from Bastard (I can't remember his name)

It's gotta be Frog. No one else is even half as cool. Sure, his abilities sucked, but he was awesome.Sad to see Ayla has no votes, though. She was a beast. Maybe if she didn't act like a stupid cat.

i loved all of them well except marleshe was a little plain character buta all of them were cool but frog justwas all over them was a neat character strong and whit a good storyand magus two
