well i see it, and i think it looks alright.i dont particularly like the font but the eyes look kol.if you made the thing in the middle a little bit less blurry, it would llok betteroverall, for a 3rd try, it looks good. i would give it a 5/10.keep on keeping on, and dont never give up.

This=my first try and it sucked....http://img177.exs.cx...allp7ffx2zo.jpgyou need to try something called "filters" or maybe some "brushing" or even decent "renders" might help
