Yes, my parents don't like the idea of video games. I had several handhelds confiscated permanently and never owned my own console until after I graduated high school. Plus I had restricted access to the computer (ie no games). Boohoo so that's my sob story.

my parent won't care now, but I am really trying to limit my son the playing time, he's on that DS every minute he can find, even while eating dinner! I don't think he even know what he is eating!?

As long as my grades are fine my time spent on games can continue the way they have been.

I used to be abe to play anytime I wanted, but in the fourth grade they put limits and now I can only play on weekends so I can't get a lot done in my games.

My DS gets charged by mum on Thursday nights and mum has custody over it during the week. I get my DS back Friday afternoon, have to leave it on the kitchen table when I go to bed and hand it back to mum at 6pm Sunday night.

Nope they don't and they never have even though I'm 20 now. My parents have always been supportive of my video gaming habits because they know it was keeping me inside and not out causing trouble or being around trouble makers.

Used to, and still do, but not as often now, as I found a way to 'hide' the fact that I'm playing alot from them.. Lols, like using alt+tab whenever my mum walks in suddenly and I have no time to exit from the game.

I used to have more restrictions when I was like 9, but today, the restrictions are *somehow* removed.

They used to. But when I got a little older, they did not care because I stopped playing for as long. Now, I can not sit and play a game for more than an hour, unless it is really interesting.

My parents always try to limit my gaming by either taking away my laptop or the wireless keyboard or any of the handhelds I own. It's incredibly annoying especially when I'm in the middle of the game. *sigh* Chinese parents...

They tried to, and i stress tried. It didn't help my room was two floors above there's, and A T.V and a bunch of systems were in my room. They never figured it out. I thought it was kinda obvious. =p
