Well I'm legally an adult now so definitely not, but even when I was younger they just trusted me to look after myself in that respect. I think the only time they ever restricted me with games was telling me I couldnt buy a certain game at that point in time cause I already had enough apparently ^^;;

they can try but they soon realise its useless (they need sleep more that me) and if I am annoyed my grades fall so they don't annoy me

Nope. So long as I get my schoolwork done, my report card has pretty letters and I don't spend too much time in my room, my parents don't care what I do.

sometimes they say only 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon but that only lasts like a week or two before they just forget about the rule

I'm only allowed to play 2 hours during the weekends and am banned from even touching any games 6 weeks before the exam period. But my playing time may be reduced further as my O levels are next year...

When I was younger they did. I never had a handheld (always wanted a gameboy!) but we had a computer and a old school Playstation1. Oh and really ages ago we had an Atari. I wasn't really allowed to play them until my chores and homework were done. And only ever was allowed to play for about half an hour at a time. This probably why I am so addicted to gaming now.

According to rating, yes. My parents always let me teenage games since i could first play, but they never let me play mature games until 16. The only mature game i could play was Halo 3. My parents tried to restrict my computer gaming, but i just snuck my laptop into the bathroom.

Barely, they don't care what I play at all. But they do care about the time like only playing game at weekend or next to or on holiday. But I broke it anyway
