I prefer wiimote + nunchuck, it seems most intuitive to me. The wheel/wiimote is just clunky. GC controller is allright but this is one of the few games the motion control in a wiimote actually works rather well with, even if it's not a huge part of it.

I love to play the wii. It is easy and fun. I wish I had more competition in Alabama though.i prefer the GC controller i always used it for racing games.

The wheel just makes it more fun and as realistic as Mario Kart can get (which still is not saying much). Admittedly I do sometimes get a little out of control with it.
