I tried everything else, but my two favorite styles were Nunchuck followed by the Classic Controller. Easier to drive with.

I got use to the Wii Wheel after a while, but it was hard for me to steer and do tricks at the same time.So, I tried the GC controller, but... I guess I was use to the way Mario Kart: Double Dash!! for the GC played, and using the same controller for a new game just didn't feel right.So in the end, I started using the Wiimote + Nunchuk, and I like it a lot. One hand uses the control stick to steer, while the other one moves the Wiimote in order to do tricks/wheelies.

i like to use the Wheel, sure it's just the wii remote, but it's still cool. the gamecube controller is good too, but i mostly use the Wii remote.

I didn't think I'd like the Wheel at first (it looked gimmicky) but, after using both it and a standard GCN controller, it definitely gets my vote here. I've started using it exclusively and don't even really want to touch a standard controller with the game anymore. The wheel has made MK Wii amazingly fun for me - much more than I was expecting - and it's probably the reason I'm still playing the game at all.

GameCube controller. The wheel is too insensitive and hard to trick, the remote is just awkward to use for racing games because of the separation of the analog stick and the buttons, and I don't like the glossy coating on the Classic Controller. I don't like glossy coats on any type of electronics, because they tend to scratch and get fingerprints much more easily. I vastly prefer a strong, sturdy piece of electronics like the GC controller that will last for years. My SNES controller looks awful now, but it still works perfectly and without any smudges.

GC controller.Because lack of a steering column, gas, brake, and clutch pedals as well as no six-speed make for a very horrible go kart racer frantically waving his right hands and both legs like he's some sort of loon.

I use the wheel, since it's a nice change from the average controllers. Plus, it allows me to pop into "gangsta mode", and pretend to be cool. Le sigh.

i play its mostly whit the nunchuck, but whit the wii wheel is its personally more fun
