Well I've looked into it, and yeah it's real.It's going to be a 3rd DS installment with Giratina on the front. No new pokemon just new forms for Giratina and Shaymin. Pretty slick.Read more here: http://www.dsfanboy....kemon-platinum/

The new game was originally called pokemon onyx and featured darkrai, but since the movie came out and you can get him like that i guess they changed it.

platinum is confirmed and all it is, is the third installation of diamond and pearl. This game stars Giratina.

I think its another rumor, but whenwe talk about pokemon games we never know...i heard a rumor going around a while ago that there was supposed to be a new pokemon game coming out called pokemon topaz it was like an expansion for diamond and pearl with like 50 new pokes in it has anyone else heard this or is it just some guy creating rumors

gamefaqs has a listed release date for late this year on pokemon platinum and a tba for U and E versions to follow. usually they are pretty dead on for releases and inside info on game.s
