It would be expected for them to release an expansion. One that would revolve around a legend in the game. It tells us this in history. Crystal (Suicune). Emerald (Rayquaza) It's only guessing but Platinum with Gargantia would just be another pre-destined guess.

now if you all know (Just dont spam me cause you know >.>) if you go to Serebii.net, it'll have the link and infoe for Pokemon Platinum (if you already know this dont spam), not that i expect it'll be better, and i know it will, but i expect the Phone app for the poketech and others, not just better graphics and stuff, just some more addons, and i expect Prof. Oak say on somethings like on where you could find Dialga and Palkia like the guy from the Weather place did in emerald to find Groudon and Kygore. i do expect Platinum 3x better than D/P

Usually, I do get the third game of that generation. If it does come out, that'll be the one that I'm using.

Its gonna come out this year in Japan, and in Fall of 09 in the US. It should be a really good game. Its much different than Pearl and Diamond from all the reports. Battling style is different. Giratina has a different form. Different clothing for the main character. The map is different. It should be great. You are gonna have online play while Underground, that is something I have been looking forward to for a LONG time. I cant wait to get it next year.

I'm definitely getting it when when it comes out. I agree, those screenshots looked AWESOME!!!!!
the just redesigned the way the sprites stand and the animation when they come out of the pokeball. i watched a preview and saw that most pokemon looks back at you when it's comes out for battle.i heard that some pokemon are going to look different

i thought pokemon diamond anad pearl were supossed to be the last pokemon games. well who cares i like a new challenge. I have seen the japanese trailer and there are a lot of new things, things that i have never seen in pokemon pearl and diamond. also most of the placecs have changed, for example: the gyms and the place were you trade online.

All I know is giratina and shaymin both have new forms along with their old forms from D/P. Also they've never made an actual pokemon game for a console right? I guess it's meant to be portable like the pokemon or something.

I read somewhere that in this month's Coro Coro (?) magazine in Japan there would be info on the 3rd Pokemon game in this generation, but I don't believe the 50 new pokemon for a second. That being said nobody is quite sure what the name of it will be, only speculation.

About those 5 new pokemon, many people believe, and so do I, that they could be 5 new forms for rotom. Of course it's just a rumor so I really can't say its 100% official.I'm preording it.

Hey dude! Pokemon platinum is gonna come with a whole new range of features! There is a skyform of shaymin and as giratina in another form...real sad that there is no new exciting evolutions...oh well...guess well have to wait for another couple of years or so...sigh.Yea i have only herd rumors. I doubt they will have a new pokemon game out soon. But then again that is just my opinion.

Perhaps the 50 new pokemon could be alternate forms of existing pokemon? Giratina has one.
