Screen looking is a lot of fun and dealing with different Internet connections and IPs is too much of a hassle compared to just connecting extra controllers.

i play online but most games with multiplayer suk so i play waith friends on good games! (i also play multiplayer roms 
like secret of mana..u seriously NEED friends to beat the game..unless ur lv 99 you WONT win..and getting 20 extra levels suks 
expecaly sence u need 10 lvs over the average level up slope to beat bosses (like u kill enemys and get normal levels but 10 ov er means u work ur but off lol and levels take forever) or secret of mana 2 but u MUST rom it..its not english but theres tons..im playin english rom now =D

In person. For FPSs having multiple computers or TVs so that you have a full screen is great, but being able to be with the people you're playing really enhances the experience. Especially if someone doesn't see what hits them. ;)

Prefer to be online, such as when to play World of Warcraft. Why would I want people around me when I'm having so much fun? 
People are a distraction to me when I need to focus and when playing online you can just leave your current team without having to force them out the door first.Reason for edit: spelling

Playing games in person is better because:-No delay for typing-No headset malfunctions -Significantly less ping-Better atmosphere-Can make a party of it and throw snacks at that guy who just fragged you-More friendly competition e.g. "Haha Tommy is sooo much better than me at school, lets invite him over and watch the look on his face when I pwn him super shotgun point blank!"-That little noise that a person makes when you ruin their KTD with a rapid sequence of kills against them-Knowing afterward that everyone there you camped on and was sad to, they all know where you live

I like playing multi player in person because it is more interesting when your there with the people too play multi player.

I enjoy both but I would say I prefer online just because you can talk to trash to a bunch of random people who will eventually rage.

Lol both are good. When you get a Wii, you kinda don't have choice of playing Multiplayer anyways since you NEED to if you don't wanna get bored. Wii games are majoritarly multi soo...

battlefield bc2 is too good to not play online. anyone else play it?Personally I want to know how you guys like an online experience... Since I like a lot of 2d and 3d fighters, I find that in person is the way to go, No Lag... How does everyone else feel though?
